If this 383 is out of 1000, then based on previous years cut offs, with a score of 383, it is tad difficult for a chance in IITs and NITs. Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors. But if it is not out of 1000, please do mention your score out of 1000.
