Hi! Ravi Shankar.
According to previous Cut-off of NIT Tirchy and your GATE Marks & OBC category, you can definitely get Energy Engineering and still chances to get Environment Engineering But there are rare chances of getting Electrical and Electronics Engineering with this Marks & getting NIT Warangal in any Round. Don't loose your hope.
