Your question is incomplete as you have not mentioned about the examination in which you scored this rank. If this is the rank in JEE Mains examination then you can surely get admission in a good government colle like NIT, IIIT and GFTI. But if this of state entrance examination like UPSEE, COMDEK, MHCET, WBJEE, etc then chances are less of getting government college.
