Somu Raj Singh with your 17020 rank in the WBJEE exam under general category you can easily get all the branches in Techno India, some of the branches like biotechnology, food technology, production engineering etc. in Haldia Institute of technology but I am sorry to say that you will not be able to get any branch in Heritage and even for getting admission in the other two colleges with a good branch you will need to wait for the second or third counselling result.
