To apply for SSC CGL 2023 you must have obtained Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute on or before January 1, 2024. The date of passing in the qualifying examination in the certificate must be on or before January 1, 2024. As you will pass in the month of June/July 2023 you will be eligible to apply for SSC CGL 2024 provided you must fulfill the other essential requirements specified for the post you are applying. Generally , you have to achieve your graduation with the graduation certificate on or before the closing date of application.Like example, in SSC CGL 2021 notification, as per the rules.. the graduation should be done  before  23.01.22 (closing date of application) , you may apply for the exam.. but not eligible to get job even after cracking the exam, if documents were not as per the Govt rule.. At the time of Document verification , all the details are checked minutely .

Well, as per your query.. you are eligible for SSC CGL 2023(if notification declared on or after july  session)  , just be assure that you graduation should be complete before the last date of application .
