Hello, the candidates who are applying for the junior executive in engineering civil must have a Bachelors Degree in the engineering technology in civil with a minimum of 60% marks from a university, whereas for the engineering electrical candidates  should have Bachelors Degree in engineering technology in electrical with a  minimum of 60% marks from university and the candidates who are applying for the junior executive engineering must have a Bachelors Degree in engineering with a minimum 60% marks from the university in either electronics/ telecommunication/ electrical with specialisation in electronics.

So application is done only after graduation.
