Yes, you can apply if your results and documents of graduation will be available on the cut off date. The eligibility criteria of SSC CGL says that the age for general category should be between 18-32 year (for reservation there is relaxation). The minimum educational qualification required is bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates othr than indian citizens are also allowed to appear for exam.
