The minimum height for female candidates is typically 152.5 cm, and at 148 cm, it is probably below the required minimums, in terms of height. Nevertheless, you should check the updated recruitment information on the IAF website, as most of the time criteria can be adjusted, and sometimes, waivers can be given.

That said, if being a fighter pilot is your dream, you might want to look at the other roles in the IAF or career aviation possibilities beyond the IAF with a more flexible height standard requirements.
