Dear Sai,

No you can't use this certificate. Better you make a new certificate it's not a big deal to make.

If the option his there then you can make a renawal of that certification.

I hope you catch my point.

But in that income certificate have written this certificate have valid upto 4 years and the MRO office also they didn't provide the income certificate and residence certificate what can I do
