Dear Applicant,

I hope you are doing well. Since you have already applied for a new 1 and you have acknowledgment slip and new RT number u can show that for now and provide the certificate later just in case carry ur old certificate. If possible try to get the certificate as quick as possible It would be better that way.

Thought this certificate is not so mandatory so no worries if u apply without it.
