Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs seat. So with 254 marks being obc candidate you have no chances for govt. Mbbs even under state quota, although you may go for bams , bhms and bds, you may habe some chances in it.
