67% in class 12th board examinations is quite low. On the basis of merit, there is minimal chance for you to secure seat in some good college for Bachelors to Science.

However, you have endless options instead of this.
1. Browse for colleges which take entrances for admission in BSc courses. Study well for them to get admission.
2. Pursue some diploma course or vocational courses related to science.
3. Check out courses which align with your hobbies. There are many fields which are ignored among these common courses. Look for fine arts, animation, fashion designing, and many more.
4. Apply for internships in your field of study. Gain experience; this will help you a lot in future.
