You can't say anything about Rankings Yet.

Let's consider the case of last Year. At Each and Every Percentile There were approx 10k Students so on that basis your rank will be 21-25k.

But In This Year Students were very less and 8L Appeared and Accordingly 1 Percentile will be 8k(But We can't say this to be sure), So According to that Your rank will be 20k.

So Let's Wait and You will get good college too. :)
