As you said, your JEE MAINS rank in common rank list ( CRL) is 95000 that also means that your category rank for OBC-NCL might be nearly ~25k (more or less). If you had mentioned your home state then we could have suggested you some colleges.

Since you've not mentioned that, as of now you should see previous year cutoffs for different NITs and IIITs for home state and you have chances to get admission in that particular institute.
