Congratulations on scoring the same. Crl 14279 is a good rank for sure. Also the category rank is good. But this rank won't be able to get you in the top IITs because they demand crl 7000 maximum. But you have a fair chance to get into any iit due to the category rank. There are 5 lists of counselling which comes in intervals. You can surely wait for the lists and see whether you get in or not. But go for other options too. Have them in your list and later you can choose what is best for you when all the lists are out and you know which colleges are demanding you admissions.
