My PWD CRL rank in JEE advanced is 69 and OBC PWD rank is 12. can I get any IIT and if yes ,is there any possibilities for IIT Madras....

You will definitely get IIT Madras on the basis of your rank. Just try in the counselling rounds for safe side.

Hey dear yes as per last year trends and cut offs you have 100% chances to get IIT madras you will be eligible to get core branches also definitely like Mechanical,Civil,Electronics etc
