Well with that score you have the chance to enter into IIT and if we add up the fact that you are from St category it opens a wide gate of opportunities for you. With that score and St category you can expect to enter into any IIT and about the branch their is always a uncertainty and especially in CSE which usually get filled first. But still you can expect to get admission in the top IIT's like IIT Delhi, Bombay,Roorkee, Madras, kanpur or Khadakpur, Guwahati. In these IIT's you will be able to grab a seat in any of the branch and if you want to focus only on CSE then it is uncertainty whether it get fills first or is there any space but you will be able to get a seat in any if IIT for sure.

As you are from sc category so it quite difficult to get an IIT but it will completely dependent on the level of competition.
Wait for the final result then if you got yourself in merit then in counseling you have to give your choice for IITs and after this all you can also able to get CSE but again I said it is quite difficult.
