First of all a very big congratulations to you for securing 170 marks in JEE-Advance as with this much marks you are going to fetch a seat in one of the top IITs and your AIR will be in between 2500-3000. Now coming to your desired branch you will not be able to get CSE in old IITs but will surely in new ones like IIT Mandi, IIT Ropar etc.

See, IIT owns a prestige trademark in India.Each and every IIT is far better and superior as compared to any other institutions in India and choosing the best IIT for yourself is upto you. Choose one which is nearer to your hometown and it's climatic conditions matches with your city otherwise it will be somewhat difficult for you to adjust there.

CSE is famous for it's high packages as compared to other branches and pursuing CSE and that too from IIT will definitely fetch you a high package.

For CSE IIT BOMBAY ,IIT DELHI and IIT MADRAS is good  and your package depends on your ability .If you score good marks in college alos and if you have good skills then you will have definitely good package.
