If you don't want to pursue a career in engineering then give preference to a better college rather than the stream. A good college will always help in your overall development rather than just academic development which in a way will assist you in your goal of pursuing a MBA from a reputed college. On the other hand computer science is not the only branch that helps you in enhancing your coding skills , electronics also contains a lot of coding sections including python.
