Morning: 8-11:30 am study chemistry
            
Afternoon: 1:30-4pm do Maths

Evening: 6-8pm study physics (theory)
                8:30-10:30pm do numericals


In this timings divide your time equally for class 11&12 parts so that you can complete everything in time.

Night : 11:30-1:30am analyse a full length previous year question paper.

Know your doubts there. Mark it. Try to solve it next day or if you can't do that ask your teacher to help you.
