You should try for state engineering college of your home state.Most probably you will get good government college of your state.

If you have appeared in any other engineering entrance like BITSAT,SRMJEE,VITEEE,Manipal,Amity,Amrita ,GITAM,etc then you can try to get college through their counselling .these colleges are also reputed and standard.
