DY Patil akurdi college is a very reputed college of Pune and is popular among students but it requires a higher rank to get into this college as it requires a rank under 1 lakh and particularly to take admission in CSE branch one needs to have a very good rank .

In 2017 closing rank for CSE  was 10618 for general category . This is lower because the admission in this colleges are given by MHCET and around 60% seats are filled through the MHCET entrance test. 

Not only that being a very good technical institutes the cutoff for MHCET is also very high to get admission in this college and that also in CSE branch as in every College the cutoff for CSE branch is usually high only.

Therefore I guess it is very difficult for you to get admission into this college or may be impossible to get into this college with this rank 

Other way of getting into this college is that you should appear in MHCET and get a good marks there so not only it will open your gates for admission in this college but also you can get a more better college of Maharashtra.

Though at all if you want to get cs branch then you have to work very hard.
