My jee main & MHCET score is (84%)&(36%) so, on this which good college would get for chemical engineering?

According to your performance you performed well in JEE Mains 2019 but you have not cleared JEE Mains 2019 if you are a general Category student you won't be getting a seat in NITs and IIITs. But on the other hand your MHTCET score is very low even if you are a home state student you won't be getting a good college.
