Actually colleges are given to students on the basis of there general rank....
And your general rank may be not good enough so you have very less chances for NITS

Hey. I got 99.17 percentile in JEE Main (Paper-2) and secured a rank of 2155 (CRL). Can you suggest me some colleges where I have the possibility to get into?

and 71.2% in boards for all five subjects including maths. Does this bring my chances nil???

See,your rank is not that bad. But you've very less chance to get any of NIT or SPA for b.arch course. But won't worry you can get NIT in last rounds of counseling.
