You have a chance in certain low tier private colleges or some upper tier private colleges (only few courses) if you are a reserved category student. I would like to tell you that percentile and percentage are two different things.

One can understand the marks from percentages while it is not possible to get that from percentile.

percentile depends upon various factors like how many people have scored more/less than you so it is quite tedious to calculate your score.
