Hi, congrats for your result.You must know that cet bbsr is one of the best government engineering college in orissa.But your marks is not much enough to grab the seat for cse and IT because it is a demanding branch and the rank closes for about 100k for almost every branches.

But i recommend you to participate in the counseling process because at last round there is always some rare and luck chances.Most of the state engineering college have now accepted the jee score so there will be distribution of students and it might increase the cutoff rank but you should also think about other colleges because your probability is  less.
