According to your JEE Mains percentile your expected rank is between 65k-75k and in OBC category it is expected to be in range of 16k-19k.

So, as per the rank you will not be able to get any NIT but as you have mentioned your home state is West Bengal so if you have domicile of that place and have passed your 12th from there so you will get Home State quota in NIT Durgapur and have chance to get seat there till last round. You may not get CSE but you have chance to get branches like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical as per privious year cutoff list but cutoff vary every year. So, you may see some difference this year but not a lot.

But you need to be patient as you will not get seat in starting but you have chances in last rounds so wait till last round and even in special and spot round.
