According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 48,000-60,000 and as you have not mentioned your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you with the exact information. However if we consider you as of General category then on the basis of thos rank you will have very lower chances of getting in to NIT Patna even after considering your Home Sate quota as per previous year's cut-off. As cut-offs for this year is not declared yet so we can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs.
