See according to your percentile i don't think any govt. college that takes admission through process like JOSAA or JAC etc will present you a seat. The SFTIs that takes admission through JEE MAINS might be choice for you but the chances are meek. I'll suggest you to take admission in any private college rather if you are not planning to invest an year in reappearing in competitive exams. Hope for the best.

Hello aspirant, it's very difficult to get government college for your rank neither private college based on previous years cutoffs. Cutoffs vary from year to year. Try for B category seats in private colleges.
