As you have mentioned that you have scored 95.23 percentile which is very decent may fetch you a seat in this college. According to previous year cutoffs the cutoff for cce is 96-100 marks. So if you score well then you can get. However, cutoffs change every year depending on various factors such as no of students, difficulty level of the exam.
