My jee main rank 23000.But class 12 exam i got 71.3 persent and petcentile 80.9. Can i get NIT?

No sorry you cannot because in order to get into an NIT you should have a minimum of 75% in your 12th boards.

Boards gives percentage not percentile. percentile and percentage are two different terms please understand the difference between them. the initial criteria for getting into NIT is scoring at least 75 percentage in boards and the rest percentile of jee mains is totally different.
