According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or any other good college even if you belongs to any of the reservation category as per previous year's cut-offs but ye I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. I would also recommend you to go with preparation for next year or if you have some backup option then go with it.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
