According to the previous year cutoff i fell that you may get seat in any college but not the preferred brach or preferred college you want.As you have mentioned that you want only cse and ece then you may get seat in some college but not the college you prefer for but you may get some other groups in the college you prefer for.so,I don't think that you may get a seat in cse or ece.

But there is a little chance to get a seat in cse or ece.Try for it.
