100 - your total percentile score is the percentage  of people ahead of you. 869010 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. Rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100.

Kindly mention your category, state because it is important as cut off will be different for each category.

And it isn't clear whether you have mentioned JEE main paper 1 details or paper 2.However, you can calculate your expected rank with the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100
869010 is the number of candidates appeared in JEE main January session.
In April session it is assumed that 1200000 candidates will appear so the formula for April session will be
(100-your total percentile)*1200000/100
So your expected rank for January session for paper 1 will be 418862.
It is impossible to get seat with such rank.
If it's is paper then the formula is (100-your total percentile)*112679/100
By this your expected rank will be 54311.It is not possible to get a seat in any college.You must have a percentile of 85 or above to have a good chances of getting a seat.Prepare for JEE main April session.
