I think I give you a proper answer for it you have to try for state counseling because it is very difficult to get any college from jossa counseling you belong to general category.

Bharat, it all depends on your category and domicile.
If you belongs to General category it difficult to get NITs or IIITs, but if you belongs to SC/ST you will get a good college. Getting a CSE branch is difficult with this percentile in NITs or IIITs but you can get admission in best private colleges like:
1. Lovely Professional University
2. SRM
3. BIT
4. VIT
And many more.
