Don't worry even if you are not able to arrange ews certificate, yo u can choose general as your category in jee advanced application form by declaring that you do not belong to ews provided your JEE 2021 percentile is equal/above the qualifying cut off percentile for general Cut-off.

If your JEE main  percentile  is below the qualifying cut off  percentile for general category then you cannot choose your category as general for jee advanced.
