Hello,
There are rare chances that you will get college through mains counselling . Which state do you belong to?. There are some colleges like lnmiit , thapar and many others that take admission through jeemains rank and exam, you can try in these.

Yes you can get the college on such rank, but it would be a private college for some courses like CSE, IT or ME.

You can get many best private colleges on such rank.
