95.6 percentile is only enough to qualify for JEE advance ,according to the previous year closing ranks for top 10 NITS you are not able to get the core branches,But you can get admitted if you belong to any reserved categories.I am sharing your expected rank i.e 46,582-54,082(it is general rank)through this you can get the names of the NITS that you can get .
