According to our expert 85 percentile marks are required to clear Jee main for general candidate.
OBC candidate have 5-7 percentile exemption.
SC/ST candidate have 20-25 percentile exemption.
Means around 60 percentile marks are required by candidate to clear Jee main Jan exam.
This percentile going to varies in April Jee main.
Means you require to get atleast 60 percentile to clear Jee main.

The percentile you have got is very less . You have no chances of getting  in any government colleges. The maximum cutoff percentile for SC should be 40 to 70.
