Congratulations on a good score in JEE mains examination. Since this is the first time JEE mains is considering EWS based reservation, so it will be difficult to predict whether you will get shortlisted on the basis of your EWS rank. We generally predict whether you will be shortlisted on the basis of previous year opening and closing rank. As per the previous year closing rank of various NITs, for general category candidate for admission to Mechanical engineering usually closes around 33000 rank, so it will be difficult for you to get admission on the basis of your CRL rank.
