As you have secured 74322 CRL rank and 17072 OBC category rank in JEE mains then definitely you are eligible for NIT. And you can compete for the seats in all nits of india by attending the josaa counselling.
As per the previous year cutoff Trends, there are less chances for you to get a nit if you are some from nother state. But if you belong from home state what some of the NITs then with applying your home state quota you can easily get a good NITs with this much OBC rank. Like from home state quota you can easily get NIT Calicut, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Jalandhar, etc.
So definitely you are eligible for nits therefore get registered yourself in josaa counselling and try your luck.
