Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota and Gender-Neutral seats. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. I can't be really sure but if you wait till special round then you can get electrical or civil branch in the following colleges. 

1) NIT agartala

2)NIT srinagar

3)NIT manipur

4) NIt pondicherry

HOwever i would like to suggest you to search for alternative options aswell.
