• NIT Meghalaya
• NIT Arunachal Pradesh
• NIT Sikkim

Government-funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs):

• Assam University
• BIT Mesra (off-campus branches) (e.g., Patna, Deoghar)
• Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research And Management (IITRAM), Ahmedabad.

You might have a better chance in later counseling rounds (like CSAB special rounds), as some seats may remain vacant after the main rounds.
