Josaa - joint seat allocation authority, is responsible for giving admission in undergraduate courses in IITs, NITs, IIITs, gftis by counselling.
As you have got 311151 rank in jee mains then you will not get any seat in any nits, iiits, or gftis from your obc category.

In jossa anyone who who has given Jee mains can participate in josaa counselling.
It doesn't matter that you have secured a good rank or not, but still you must participate in it though you will not get any seat.
So it is advisable to attend josaa counseling, and try your luck. So get registered yourself.
