Try for IIITs. You have a good chance of getting them.

9574 is not a very good rank but you can get good NIT college. May you will get you wanted branch but you can get NIT trchulapalli also in any other branch. You can aslo get good iiit.

You hav every bright prspectd with all Newer NITs like Durgapur, Hamirpur, Manipur, Sikkim, Arunachal pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram for all CSE and ECE as well as EEE.

Similar for IIITs you can convert seats at Assam, Bhagalpur, Dharwad.

You have also qualified for JEE advanced and hence if your ranks in jee advanced below 10K then you good chances for all IIts.

With a rank of 9574 under OBC NCL category, you may get a good NIT, but not a core course. You'll have a better chance of getting a good course in your homestate NIT, under HS Quota.
