The score you have predicts your rank around 1,50,000+ so it is not possible for you to get into IIT, NIT OR IIITs. What you can try for is getting into state government college on the basis of your mains rank or state JEE or private college.

If you belong to general category then you didn't qualify for the exam. As cutoff for JEE main is higher than 31 for general and OBC candidate.
So if you belong to general or OBC category then you are not qualified for JOSAA counselling and you couldn't get any college through JOSAA.
