For Aerospace Engineering you may only get private engineering colleges and even among them you may get some average to lower college as your OBC rank is in above 2 lakhs.
Only few government colleges are good for Aerospace and it isn't wise to join a college for with this rank as you won't get the quality teaching which is actually needed for an Aerospace aspirant. You shall either take a drop or bounce back next year with better rank to get Aerospace at IIT or at least IIEST Shibpur. Also you can change your branch preference of you are interested in some other branch.

NO Jayita,your situation is like a needle in haystack.It is going to very difficult.As most of the private college don't orvide that degree,you might have to apply for institues like SRM university.They might give you the degree butg they charge too much.Government college is too hard to get with such low marks.
