Hello Mohit Kumar, as per your JEE mains rank it is preety though for you to get any goverment college and ven if you managed to get a good government college getting a CSE branch is nearly impossible. But there are many better options available where you can pursue your career and thrive in it. Your rank is quite good it can get you a CSE branch in nearly any private college.
