With your rank it will be a little difficult to get into a government college as the total number of seats available in different government colleges combined is approximately 355 out of which only 17% seats are reserved for OBC candidates. Moreover there's a huge competition for government colleges. So you can either look for a private college (if seats remain vacant) or prepare well next year to get a good government college.
