My GMR is 10771 and obc-b rank is 1666. Can I get a govt college for nursing in West bengal?

With your above mentioned rank and category, it'll be quite difficult for you to get admission in Governmment college of nursing in west bengal as cutoff for this year is slightly higher. I'll suggest you to go for final rounds of counselling as this may fetch you a seat in any of the governmment college.
